It's a late Baldwin-era guitar.7660 is the Baldwin designation for the 6120.The first 2,sometimes 3 digits of the serial number are a date code- MY(or MMY).This guitar was built in October 1977 and is the 56th made that month.Seventies Gretsch guitars don't command the prices that earlier ones get and aren't very common, but they do have their fans.
I looked on Gbase.com and they didn't have any.Ebay had one with a BIN of $1795.
