Need exercises that focus on PSG B E G# strings

Scale runs, chord changes, riffs, etc that use B E G# strings with typical A B C and left knee in E9.

Any ideas?

I can figure out the basic scales and how to play them, but would like to find some rudiments that I can endlessly/mindlessly repeat to improve my coordination between hands and feet/knees.
