I had a friend call me today looking for a steel player. They are playing some of the new country and old country as well. They are in the early stages of the band and really want a steel player. I have too many irons in the fire to play any more than I am currently. Van is a great guy with a good personality to boot. Anyone interested please post here or send me an email and I will get you in contact with the band leader. I hope we can find a steel player to help these guys out.

There are many steel players here in Texas. The problem is that Texas is bigger than many countries in the world and bigger than all the states except Alaska. We are spread out over a large area for sure.

Hey, Paul! See if you can get Mark Greenway off his dusty old butt and do some playing. He needs to get the dust off his britches! LOL

Alan, you are too funny. I would pick up the pace and dust off the britches and play for you if you would come back to this area.

You might want to try posting this in the "Jobs" section, under "Classified Ads".
