Hello fellow steelers! Very Happy
Well here I am again, with a toe tapping, handslapping, happy sound, uncatagorized melody, played freestyle, with a violin sounding steel guitar lead, guaranteed to make you smile, and feel good. Enjoy! (I hope Shocked Laughing )

Hi Eddie! Very Happy (Jaudouin)P.Y.S.
Thank you! I use to play a lot of double, and triple string riffs, before I was injured in 1995 in an auto accident. Since that time arthritis, and other physical challenges, has sort of slowed me down a little, Oh Well and changed my style of playing, but I still get "some" of those riffs in there. Smile I dont give up that easily. Laughing Anyway, I`m glad you enjoyed the music. Winking Bless you my friend!
Ron

Well Brother Ron, All I can say is that is absolutly outstanding.
It's not my type of music, but I always love to hear you play it.
You have really come along since the first time I heard you play.
God has been blessing you well, giving back what you lost before.
I'll never be anywhere as good as I was before my accident in 07,
but God has been healing me, and like you I'm determined to get
as good as I can with whatever time I have left. He keeps me going.
I've really been blessed with 2 great Rittenerry's that Gary built for me,
and people are starting to like the way I play again. What a blessing. Very Happy
Keep them coming, you know I always enjoy listening your playing.
Carl "Lucky" Kilmer

Carl!!! Very Happy (Lucky Kilmer)
So good to hear from you my dear friend! First, let me say "Thank you", for your encouragement, and kindness. You know, I myself dont know who`s type of music I play! Shocked Laughing I just play! I guess when it is considered that the style and type of genre that Sacred Steel is, It can only be thought of as unclassified. But, never the less it has it`s foundation in the african-american pentecostal church known as The House of God Church, that had it`s beginnings in 1903. This music evolved from those beginnings around the 1930s. You know how it was, we as a people did`nt have the resources to buy, or even take the correct "lessons" to play the proper way, hence the "playing by ear" became the only style we had, as a pattern to learn by. Sometime later, some of us did learn from the professionals, who taught us. I for one, have been playing this way (by ear) for 58, going into my 59th. year. For this old man, it is too late to try to change now! Laughing So I guess, I am, what I am.
Another thing, my brother, I`ve heard you play. And I can honestly say, You have the "gift" and the "talent"! How could you even think that people would not hear you? Man, you are good!!! I certainly love the way you play! So let me encourage you! Be who you are! Keep it "cooking" until our Lord says otherwise!!! You`ve got a fan in me. And that`s the truth! Be blessed my friend, and keep up the good work! Make those Rittenberry`s talk, and cry, because I`ll be listening! Warmest of regards,
Ron

James, my multi-talented friend, as always "thank you" my brother. I always just do the best I can. As you know. Sometimes, I "almost" get it right. I guess that one of these days I "might" get it right! Laughing There is always hope! Very Happy Thanks again! Best to you, and yours...,
Ron
