Its a '76, Hard Rock Maple body, all original, MSA Supersustain pickups that are both in the 19k range.
Has tone/volume controls that are wired up. Like I said, this baby's all original.
Minor scratches and a few bar dings, nothing major. All of the aluminum is in great shape. Plays easy and sounds great! Both necks set up perfect and ready to play. Very solid steel with the weight to back it up!!
These older lacquer MSA's, the Classic's, the SS's and the XL's are probably some of the best built steel guitars I've played. If it weren't for them building, and selling so many of them, today, these old D-10's should probably be in the $3-3.5k range, seriously! They are that well built, and this is rare, clean example.
Its got a pretty nice case, black tolex, with blue interior, although not the original, but it fits good and looks nice, a few scuffs. Email for more pics.

Ive seen this steel in person from the fellow that Todd bought it from.. pictures barely do it justice. Its BeAuTiFuL!!!
This price is a steal (punn intended)
If the name plate said Emmons or Mullet, better add 1500 or more on top of this price... this is a great playing/sounding guitar. _________________ Emmons Legrande III SD10

Thanks fellas, Don you are right about that, it really is a beautiful, well built guitar. This thing really growls running through that '76 Session 400 that I got off of you !!
I will probably regret selling this one, same as my first ShoBud
For those interested, this is a little sample of me playing this MSA, trying, and I really mean trying, to copy my favorite steel player Please forgive all of us!!
