This is a 1972 Martin D12-20 acoustic guitar. The serial number is 298500. This is a one owner guitar. It does not have a Martin case, but does come with a Guild hard shell case. One very minor crack at the pick guard has been repaired by an authorized Martin repair shop and a new pick guard installed. Has some minor blemishes. Has new set of Martin strings on it. Price is $1,085 including shipping to Continental United States. Payment by Bank Cashier's Check or U.S. Postal Service Money Order.

Buck, I just sent you a pm. The action on this guitar is good, in my opinion, and is set up in the medium to low range. It has been a player, not a collector. The intonation is right on in my opinion.
