Is that a wraparound? If you look closely at 2:45 it almost looks like one. Whoever is picking is getting a great vintage Emmons tone. Nice work...

I believe that's Randy Sorrells on steel. He's a great player. That's Jimmy Matejek playing acoustic and singing bgv's. He's one of the best musicians I've ever heard. Not sure about the Emmons, but it sure sounds good.

MG actually had a few good songs, this is one of them along with Lucky Man and I Fell A Cold One Coming On. Too bad the majority was crap. Sure do miss the midgets running around though Very Happy

right you are, barry. that fat guy with the overcoat and ugly wide brim hat has always assaulted my senses in a bad way.

the bar wiggler needs a haircut!

I met Randy at a gig in Manitoba a few years ago, playing with the stooges. I was backstage watching the big goof practicing his licks with his mic stand, flipping it around and trying to look cool in that hat and a huge duster. Anyway, Randy's steel had all of his C6 pedals unattached to his pedal rack on stage. I found that pretty funny. Nice guy and quite friendly.
