Orr Else-A steel guitar player?

Hi.
I also found this on ebay,it is an instrumental steel guitar tune called "instrumental" ,but it is a copy of Bud`s Bounce really. But it is listed as played by "Orr Else" Strange name,or is there a steeler named Orr Else out there? .The other side of the 45 is by a singer named Jerry Jones.Record made in Asheville,N.C.
Got any idea of who this can be?.
