Will hooking up a 4 ohm 15 and a 8 ohm 12 inch speaker to a Twin harm it in any way? Thanks

If amplifier tolerates 2.5 ohm with speakers in parallel - normal coupling, or 10.5 ohm with speakers in series - not so usual, no harm will be done to the amplifier. Speakers will on paper not be well balanced - based on the minimal info, but if their efficiency go in the right direction they may sound OK together.
