Roger,
I'm real glad you were in on that - more folks oughta get to hear how you can get down to bizness on the neck of a guitar.

I had fun watching and hearing the 'Steelin' Hitmen' or was it 'St. Louis Sliders'? Or 'The Men in Black'? Anyway, the audience had all kinds of names for the players and nothing but praise for the great music by all! Great job Russ, Fred, Roger, and Glenn. And the players - WOW! You all were FANTASTIC! Except for the small little coffee break - uhem...
Maybe Mike Brown will let us do this again next year!?!?! (If not, Terry said he'd take him out behind the barn!!)
Anyway, thanks to all of you for donating your time and talent to entertain us all and a big thanks to Mike and Peavey for sharing their space.
Miss Lana |
