My sunburst fender 400 and cash for your sho-bud S10

I have a pristine fender 400 (4 pedals) that I'd like to trade for a shobud pro 1. I figure the shobud is probably worth more so I can throw in some cash too, depending on the bud. It's just got a couple of small dings in it. It's also got a shobud knee lever added (LKL)
case is pristine too. (black, not tweed)
