One of the regulars at my country gig produced this picture. People do strange things sometimes. That glass on the guitar is supposed to be apple juice. Anyway, here's the question: Do you guys think I should have this made into a 3D picture to sell at my gigs and on my website?

These decisions are killing me. I might need to hire a manager. Anybody want to be my manager for 10% of $30 per week?

If I had known they were going to make this picture I would have changed strings.

Howdy Rick, cool photo. It would be easy enough to "photoshop" that beer, I mean apple juice out of the photo if it bothers you.

Or replace it with something else. Smile

Smile Billy, as far as hardware goes u need a decent computer ,the key is the software, I'm guessin (since he said it) that he is using some iteration of Adobe Photoshop, I for example, am still using CS3 (Adobe Creative Suite 3). Containing Photoshop, Shockwave, and Flash all in one sw package....Stormy Winking

Thanks to you guys, and photoshop, I'll never be thirsty. Smile

Barry.... I was kind of counting on you for the managers position. Sad

I'm not getting a lot of positive response for the 3D picture thing, so I might have to think of something else. I'm thinking now that when Jack Daniels sees Andy's production, they might be calling for an endorsement. Smile

For three bucks a week? I'll consider it, but only because it's currently more than I'm worth as a steel player these days ... Winking

Barry, The job pays 10% of $30 per week. Nobody said anything about $3.00.

Dave, Funny you should mention the chicken. We had to shoo one off the steel just before the picture. But, it was a hen. I'm thinks a rooster might be more colorful. So, good ideal. Thanks!

Barry,

I'll have my attorney get with your attorney to work out the details. We've both got too much responsibility as players to be burdened with these money issues. Are you with me on the rooster thing?

I've been taking 3D (stereoscopic) photographs for about 50 yrs. It's one of my hobbies. Unfortunately, unless you have a stereo pair you don't have enough optical information in a regular photograph to make it 3D. To present depth you need a stereo pair of photographs, which contain the information that you would get from your two eyes, which see from different perspectives.

We've pretty much scraped the 3D idea anyway. I think I've got a deal worked out with a guy that can do them on a board with the edges burned around the picture to give it that rustic (old timey country) look.

Anyway.... let me explain. One of the couples at a gig I do made the picture, doctored it up, and sent it to me. It was so funny, I wanted to share it with you guys. Mr. Steel???? that's such a joke. One of my friends has a more accurate discription for it that can't be published here. I have to agree with him.

Hope we all had a good laugh.

Mr. XXXXXXXXXXXX

And you think it would be "colorful" to have your cock laying on the steel?

Personally, I don't think so...
