Hey all - I'm looking for a good student-level pedal steel. I've been browsing the forums for a couple of weeks but have missed out on a couple of great deals that would be perfect for a beginner like me. I thought I'd post this in hopes that if anyone who has a suitable student-type pedal steel sitting around, you might be interested in passing it on to me. If so, please email or PM me. Thank you!

Todd, try Doug at Stage One steel guitars. You can't buy a better for the price. I know a lot of studio players that play these. 816-809-1360

I have a Marlen S10 with 3 pedals and 5 knees. 1996 all pull changer. The up lever is something I added.
It's the basic Emmons set up. I would like to get $1100.00 for it. I have a new Desert Rose on the way.
Let me know. Dennis 2dsbrown@mail.com

Todd, I have a Carter D10 8 & 5 that you might be interested in. I'm asking $2000 for it plus S/H. Or come pick it up. It is in excellent condition and I think you'll find that you will spend about as much for a 'good' student guitar. This way you'll you won't have to buy a better one later?????
Pictures? I'll email them to you.
