I haven't used it so it's in new condition. Has patch cord and on/off switch for battery.

$150.00 US + shipping. I paid $199.00 + $12.00 S&H. I will split the shipping 50/50 for lower 48 States.

I purchased it from Cooper, sales receipt will be included in the box it came in.
