How About A Sticky

I was wondering if it's possible to have a sticky post at the top of this forum section that tells all relevant info on the upcoming convention. For example, a friend asked where in St.Louis is the convention? Even after spending a minute or two looking through this forum section I was not able to come up with the answer. A sticky post would provide a convenient solution to this problem.
