The Capitol Record studios at this time were in the old KHJ Radio Station studios on Melrose Avenue in Hollywood. The Capitol Tower had not been built yet.
These were the Studios where seven sessions of the Ole Rasmussen Western Swing band, which I played Steel with, were recorded. Producers, Lee Gillete and Ken Nelson. This was back in 1950 and 1951. Brings back some great memories.

Very true Billy. And isn't that Lee Gillette among the gentlemen sitting and listening to the piano player.
