have not posted any tunes in a long time so i thought i would do just one for the fun of it. Cherokee is the tune. you all have heard it. just wanted to give it a try on the 10 string lap with extended leavitt tuning. tried a few things...some improv, lots of block chords, some finger tremolo, harmonics, etc.

there is an electric bass and a bouncy drum loop and lap steel.

no slants...you dont need to do them with the leavitt tuning and there are a couple of string pulls. just having some fun...hope somebody likes it..

Two of the most interesting tunes I have heard via the Forum are Tele Steel and now Cherokee, both by the talented and inventive Bill Hatcher. Way to go, neighbor!
