Hi John,
Thanks for the pictures and for promoting the show. It was a great time of music and fellowship. Ray, it was so good to talk with Red. He sounded in fine form and energetic, as always. I look forward to the next Denver show.

Sorry we missed the show - like Ray glad to see Red singing again
Looks like a good group of players.
Denise simply can not go that far yet since the hip surgery so we are staying close to home.

That was the most country I've heard since I moved to Denver! Great show! I plan on joining the club soon I think. After hearing pedal steel licks all day, it solidified my resolve to start saving up for one o'them pedally-steels. I just can't get a lot of those sounds from a 52 Fender Custom.
Looks like Mullen is the big brand to get up here, I suppose since Mr. Mullen is from Colorado? They sound fine!

John, you did a good job taking photos! Thanks! I see a comment by Ray Harrison. I have no excuse for it but I didn't recognize Ray being there. Ray is another favorite singer of mine and I surely would have not only said hello to him but would also have called him to join me for a tune together. You have my apologies Ray! See you in St. Louis. Scotty |
