Neat. I saw him when the family went to Stuart McLean's Vinyl Cafe a few years ago - he did not play pedal steel, but played some acoustic steel at one point, and did a tune or two. He is a really fine singer/songwriter and fingerstyle guitarist - plays great slide. I bought one of his cd's at that show and really enjoyed it. I had no idea he played pedal steel. Thanks Chris. |

I like that someone decided to treat a pedal steel instrumental with tasteful film quality. The playing might not be up to par for some purists, but since when have you seen the assembly of a pedal steel being featured visually like that? I like it. _________________ Jackson Steel Guitars

Pretty cool and artistic! The slightly rough quality to the playing fits well.
Some fascinating sounds available on the other side of the bar hand, and Joe worked them in well. _________________ 1979 MSA U12 Pedal Steel
