Melobar Custom CC8 Lap Steel - $550 + $40 shipping. PayPal and Money Orders accepted.

Alas, the gas has hit pretty hard, I just picked up a vintage National D-8 so I need to sell the Melobar which I bought only about 2 months ago. It's in perfect shape and I've only taken it out of the house once. It's a fine sounding guitar, very solid, with a scale length of 24", string spacing of 5/16" and a weight of 7 lbs. It features a humbucking pickup designed by Bill Lawrence that's been voiced on the single coil side. Apparently the "CC" stands for "Cindy Cashdollar". Comes with hard-shell case.

Thanks!

Let me guess: you got the D-8 National on Craig's List, and now you can have twice as many strings! The Melobar's a nice toy. If I didn't already have its older, uglier brother, I'd be after it. Good luck on your sale.

(Does Cindy come with it?)

Heh, no she doesn't and if she did you wouldn't be able to pry it out of my cold dead hands! As for the D-8, I picked up the one posted here Smile
