Both Standard and Spider solitaire games have suddenly changed.
It's not really a big deal, but the cards leap and jump now, instead of individually unfolding, when opening a game [and continues thru-out the game].
ie. - it doesn't look like a real card game anymore.
I looked around the web; couldn't find any specific fix; but some other card game problems seemed to point to .dlls and messed-up registry files.
Any suggestions, folks? _________________ Chip

If this is relatively recent, a System Restore back to a time when they did work correctly may fix it. |

Thanks Jack,
Restoring did cross my mind, but this has been going on for a couple of months now (I think - just not sure). _________________ Chip

Well Wiz, that's OK; as long as there's Mexican Jumping Solidarado & Los Arachonidas dos Solidarado.
(really, tho - like when you start a game, the cards would flip and make that card-flip sound. Now, all the cards rocket right up to their postions, and with no card-flip sound; the upside, I guess, is that the games go faster) _________________ Chip

This sounds like a performance or display setting to me. Investigate performance settings to see if you have altered the default, which is: Let Windows determine the best settings.
If you are using custom performance display settings, look for settings dealing with how items open when clicked or how they close. _________________ "Wiz" Feinberg, Moderator SGF Computers Forum
