I really wanted to keep this guitar because it is in such great condition for it's age. But it is seeing little use. The finish is still quite brilliant. Most of these guitars fade out real bad. It is standard 8 X 4 Emmons setup and come with a real sturdy flight case. Looking to get $3100 for it.

Nice looking guitar Ron, I'll bet it sounds great. It was probably blue originally, have you ever looked under the badge?

Howdy Ron, Howz it goin'? Do you know what happened to Danny? I found out he's not working for Bobbe any longer. Do you know where he is now, and do you possibly have his phone number? I'd like to get ahold of him. Thanks and God Bless, Dougie Hodge

I wonder if it would be a lot of work to strip the finish and lacquer it to a nice Natural ?

I mean no offence. BUT!!!Why would anyone want to refinish such a beautiful original finish laquer Emmons and ruin the vibe of this guitar, this guitar is so kool with it's original finish. I still believe musicians should be banned by law from buying refinishing supplies and any tools to work on vintage instruments..So many wonderful instruments have been ruined by messing with refinishing, stickers , decals, routing etc,,HANDS OFF on superb instruments such as this D-10..I think it's beautiful!!!

Thanks Bob You've opened my eyes,I have an original 1967 Fender Jaguar that has a worn finish and I would not want to refinish it.

This guitar shouldn't be refinished. It's faded but not checked or dinged much. If I played C6 I'd keep it.

Trade for a first-year 2005 Martin D-18 Authentic? I paid $8200 for it in Tokyo, quick resale value is about $4K.
