I had the misfortune of a well lubricated fan insisting on helping me pack up my gear after a recent gig. He accidently knocked my VS-F from the top of my amp onto a hard wood floor while I was putting my psg in the case and now the tuner works with batteries, but not with the power supply.
Anyone gone inside one of these to do a fix or have experience with Peterson's customer service?

I just spent a very frustrating last half hour trying to register my tuner on the Peterson website. For some reason it would not confirm my "image code" any of the five times I typed it in after refilling out the form.

Larry - how did you contact them?

Thanks guys. I was able to contact Sue at Peterson via email and she was very helpful. Now I hope the turnaround on the repair is around the 2 weeks she said they usually take.
