Anyone have any opinions on this instrument. Worth the money? Playable? |

You may want to ask Jim Palenscar - he was very helpful when I recently started asking about Weissenborn style guitars, including Gold Tone.

Gold Tone instruments are well-made throughout their product line. I've played a GT 8-string and it's a good value for the money, around 500-600 bucks depending on the store. It's kind of an Oahu Tonemaster knock-off. _________________ My rig: Infinity and Telonics.
Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg? |

I'd agree with Herb. They're great instruments for the money, one of the lowest priced decent eight string guitars out there. _________________ Brad’s Page of Steel
