Hi I've got a nice MIM Nashville Telecaster. There are only 2 blemishes on the guitar and they are hard to see in the pictures but I did the best I could taking the pics.

I'm wanting to trade this guitar for a line 6 Pod XT Live. As far as I can tell they both are selling for close to the same price on the on line retailers such as Craigs list and ebay.

I want you all to know that on the lower left front side there is some sort of a scuff/mark that looks like it could be rubbed out with rubbing compound. then on the back right upper side there is a scar that can be felt if you rub your fingernail across it so it is probably there forever unless you sand it out.

I took very higth res pics and tried to show you the blemishes but they are so minimal they just won't show up, but the bright red paint might be part of the reason. I bought this Nashville Tele off of this forum a few years back and just never played it much and now I need the Pod XT Live. Below are some pictures.

I have been as truthful as I can be about marks and imperfections on the guitar so other than noted this guitar is a beautiful looking and sounding Nashville Tele with Tex Mex PUPs

If you guys don't mind I'll give this another try and see if someone might have missed it. I did more research and it looks like most MIM Nashville Tele's like mine are going for at least over a hundred bucks more than the Pod XT Live. It's just that right now I need the Pod XT Live more than the Tele Smile

Just in case someone was wondering the only pics that show the marks on the guitar are 5 and 6 (counting from top to bottom) any of the other pics that look like they have bad spots is nothing more than flash shine from where I took the pic with my flash on.

As far as the "mark" on the front of the guitar I ordered some rubbing compound yesterday that will remove the mark it is nothing more than a black mark from where I ran into it with my wheel chair tire it is only a surface smear and can be removed with the compound I ordered.

Now the scratch on the back can be mostly made invisible with the same rubbing compound but it involves a little sanding to completely fix it and I am scared to mess with it. So when my compound comes in I'll take new pics after I clean it up as good as I can! Thanks guys. I should have mentioned this in my last post but I believe I'm brain fried these last few days Smile

Well I guess I'm giving up on this deal as well. I've decided no one is interested so we can close this one.
