Tom Palmer and his company, Designed 2 Fit Covers has exceeded all expectations to take care of a problem for me.

I have to fly cross country, and need to take a steel guitar. The problem is, I just got a nice Zum Steel and the case is like brand new. I had horrible images of what it would look like after just one trip through an airport baggage terminal.

So, I called Tom Palmer. He answered his cell phone while he was in line at the bank. I told him my problem, and he offered to make a cover for the case. That was last Thursday, and I am leaving this week! He said he would get the cover done as soon as he received the dimensions from me. This is Monday, and I received the case cover today! That is what I call service.

Tom is an all-round nice guy with a "we can do it" attitude. I am sure he can't do every order with a one day turn around, but it is good to know there is someone who cares about meeting a need for a fellow player.

Thanks, Tom, and I highly recommend this cover for anyone who wants to save the wear and tear on a nice case.

Tom sure does fine work, I have purchased a few steel covers from him. The only problem I see you have now is the bag for the case is so nice it should have another bag to protect it.

I have all sorts of Tom's covers but the one I value the most is the one he made me for my Snakeskin Steelers Choice Sidecar seat ...protects it in all sorts of scenarios - and it's still as good as new.

I was going to drop a line to say thanks Tom Palmer after receiving his covers for my new Zum and my Nash 112 when I got an unexpected parcel...
My girlfriend wanted to give me a little present and ordered him a leg pouch and two "effect covers", one made to fit the Peterson Stroboflip tuner and one for the volume pedal. I received them today.
I was pleasantly surprised both for the gift and for the great quality of the effects covers too. Never had a chance to see them before and I do like them very much.
I own seven D2F covers by now and they are all perfect!
Once again, Tom, thanks!!!

One of my five D2 Pedal Steel covers was too tight. Tom immediately sent me a new one, no questions asked. That is customer service to go along with a quality product. Thanks, Tom, stevet

I've got about 7 or 8 covers and all of them are super. Tom is a joy to work with, too.
