Looking for some tab ideas on the horn section of Ring of Fire. Appreciate any thoughts on this, thanks. _________________ Mullen G2; Fender Tone Master Twin Reverb; Goodrich L-120 |

Try this:
key of D, fifth fret, pedals down
• pick strings 4 and 5 five times(phrase like the first 5 notes)
• up one fret to the A pedal/F lever position, pick strings once
• pick strings 5 and 6
• back to fret 5, pick strings 4 and 5, step on pedals A & B
• pick strings 5 and 6 five times with pedals down
• up one fret to A & F position, pick strings 5 and 6
• slide down one fret releasing pedals and F lever
• pick strings 5 and 6 and step on A & B
Someday I'll learn to tab stuff out... |

Ring Of Fire in “G”… Horn Part
Of course horns will sound better... Change or embellish and play as required.

ok... my first try at doing steel tabs. If the song is in the key of G, mine would go like this:

5_______10--10A____10A__10A__10A__10A____11A___11A____10--10A_____

Here it is in G. The key to this lick is the first 6 notes have to be played with a repeat hit and then a slide down and back.
