| I just wanted to drop a line on here and let everyone know of the amazing service I received from Bob and the guys at GFI. They did not just meet my expectations but far exceeded them. I was blown away by the amazing level of customer service demonstrated by this great company. I was having a problem with my steel and did not expect to get much help with it. Not only did they replace the body through their lifetime warranty, they also refunded the shipping costs. On top of all of this, their communication was great and the turn around time was phenomenal. They did an awesome job. My hat is off to you guys, thank you! |

GFI has been the best for me, too. Timely response to E-mails and shipping of parts!
One particular vendor of over-priced "machines" won't even respond to E-mails about serial numbers. It just guarantees that I will not be their customer.

I've been playing GFI guitars for over a decade now, and one reason is the prompt personal attention Gene and Bob have always given me the few times I needed anything.
Oh, and the guitars play & sound great, are mostly maintenance-free, and no airline in the world has ever been able to damage mine.
