I have my PV 112, volume pedal power, RV3 power all plugged into a surge protector. All 3 are left on and powered off/on from the surge protector. Sometimes the amp "pops" when I turn the power on from the surge protector. Is this harmful to the amp,,,or any of the other items for that matter?

A very loud transient could damage your speaker, but I've never seen it happen by just turning an amp on.

Does the amp ever pop if you turn it on from the amp? I'm wondering if something else you are powering up at the same time is causing the pop. To avoid transients from other devices the amp should power on last and power off first, but that may not be necessary.

My volume pedal rarely pops when I plug it in. Stomp boxes are more likely because of the way they switch from battery to AC. I doubt you will damage your 112, but I would still avoid it.

This thread started me thinking about power sequencers; most of the ones I've seen are quite pricey, but the Carvin AC120S is not. Anyone have any experience with this model?
