Hi , maybe someone can help me date my Emmons ,it is a double ten , black mica,number 6647.i was reading past post but i couldn't.

I believe the 6000 serial numbers were on the last push pulls built. I own an '81, it's number is in the last group shown in the linked post. So yours is probably an '82 or later.

Thanks! That's what Albert Talley told me ,around '81 or '82 but he wasn't sure ,I bought it in Dallas show..

My SD-12 is a p/p, & was made in '83.
Serial # - 6585.

Mr. Lashley sure did a fine job on mine.
I heard it was one of the last he built... Not sure exactly when he stopped building them, himself.

It looks like SN2871 in 1981 was the last P/P,that list came from Emmons, mine is a 73 SN 1745D, Shorty
