Not that I need another power amp but I couldn't pass this up for a $100.00

A Peavey 50/50 stereo power amp with a mono switch that turns to 100 mono. This puppy has 8 EL84 power tubes and two (12AT7) and two (12AX7) preamp tubes. It has a variation switch for 4/8/16 ohms on each channel and a volume/resonance/presence control.

I checked the tubes out and they are all good I cleaned the switches and controls and this puppy sounds wonderful with Brads Classic preamp. It's a heavey amp but I don't intend to move it. A wiinner for sure!

The amp sounds wonderful and I am going to hold onto it. I am using it in mono, 100 watts of beautiful tube tone.

I've been using one in my rack system for a while and I agree that it's nice. On a job where there's no PA support though, I have to go back to the Mosvalve 500. Five minute change and we're back in action.
