Chuck, I sent you an e-mail three days ago, it would have said it was coming from "John Scott." Should I send again?

Well you guys can count me in to be at the jam as well as at one of Mike Sweeney's siminars. As some of you know, I was recently out in Nashville and had a great time with a lot of friends. While I was there I was able to get a first hand session with Mike Sweeney on a one to one basis. Heck we stayed at it all day. What a great experience. Not only is Mike a great player but he has some of the finest qualities as a steel guitar instructor. Take it from me....I am hard headed and dumber than a box of rocks but Mike cut right through all that and showed me things that I just never saw before. He will tell you the why's and why nots and will do it in a way that makes good sense. He also allowed me to Video the entire day so that I could later use it for a reference when those "senior moments" hit me at home. Never have I gotten more or understood it more than I did with Mike. I plan on getting back out in the spring....but the siminar will hold me till I can schedule another trip. If you have ever wanted to take a big step forward on the steel and understand more...look up Mike Sweeney.

Until then I will see you folks in Northern Virginia

Sooo, I'm going to get MY lazy butt out to see what everybody else is doing. Got a website? I'll check your schedule. Thanks for the kind words, Mann
