Graham,
Can you send me one in Bb. Just kidding.
Different song, but Burning Memories is also a good song. I do it as a fiddle instrumental........... in D.

Burning Memories is a great song. I much prefer Ray's 1986 Step One Records version with E on steel as compared to the original 1965 version with no steel.
And, yes, I could do that for you in Bb _________________ Rebel |

David:
You can change that to Bb yourself in BIAB. Just above the G7 chord in intro, there is a small box with an arrow containing a "C". Click on the arrow and then click on Bb in the drop down box and follow what it says. Voila - Bb _________________ Rebel |

Favid.... we're talking about a different song.
Graham,
I agree with you on the later version. I also like Mel Tillis cut. I've been playing it as a fiddle shuffle beat instrumental for years. I do it in "D".
Just kidding about the Bb of course. People that don't understand BIAB don't know what their missing in the simple things like transposing keys.

Is this in reference to a Gene Watson tune "I've got memories to burn"? |
