Howdy folks, with the Siloam Springs Show getting real close I was thinking we need to start some hoop-la here and get the ole flame burnin.
A lot of real good players on the show, including David Wright this year, I wish it was tomorrow but it'll be here before you know it.
So in the mean time lets hear from all of you that's coming to the Siloam Springs Show in April, see you there.

That's right! It's time to keep this show bumped up. I'm really excited about my first trip to the SSSGA Convention. Can't wait to see & hear everybody and meet new folks too.

Just curious - has there ever been a dollar dance at a steel guitar convention?

Miss Lana; Last month, I was in the middle of a discussion about dancing at the SSSGC convention with some of our supporters. Our facility has a tapered floor, so there's no place inside to dance but they could dance on the long front porch. All in all, we decided that dancing, at any steel show, especially in front of the riser, would be a distraction and may offend some.

Hey it's gonna be a good un this year. Looking forward to seeing everyone and hearing some good steel music. I have been trying to learn some new tunes. I only know about eight tunes and two years ago I started with number one and played them 1 thru 8. Then last year I played them 8 thru 1, so this year I am going to start in the middle and work towards both ends. Maybe no one will notice. Ha...

Just about twenty days now 'til all the fun begins. I think we have the finest facility around and a great line up this year and good food to boot. Plus, we be jammin' on Friday the 21st. David Wright (the wild child) from Modesto will headline the show. Put these dates on your calendar....Apr 21 (jam night), Apr 22 & 23 for the convention.

Tim Who??????????
Ah Tim; I keep telling Delores that I'm just an old hairy legged boy and I'm subject to making a mistake every month or so. Your name is always at the top of my list and somehow I overlooked it.Right now I have you a 30 minute set on Sunday at 1:30.

Wow!! it sounds like just about everybody can't wait to get to Siloam. Buck, I put a half set of strings on this morning. Gettin' old, so have to do a little at a time. Ha!! Roger, your getin' us all pumped up and ready to go. I don't know about you inviting ole' Fred, but I guess we have to have a little token from Arizona.
Ha! Just kidding. Fred is a fantastic player. And Jerry, I want to hear that new Rains guitar. All of you are great friends and I can't wait for the fellowship. Glad you finally remembered Tim was coming to!
