I have a custom MSA 14 string with a crossbar setup. I've never seen one like it except some that Zane Beck buit before he died. Does anyone know anything about it. |

That's the one. It's sold now but not because I wanted to. I'd still like to find out more about it because it was such a great guitar. I wish I could have kept it. |

I do know one thing, this is a Pre ..mas/Micro guitar, make it 69 or 70 maybe 71 ... |

Mine was purchased in 71. I think at that time there were only two models, this one, and the Imperial(if memory serves correctly)The Imperial may have been the first MSA with crossrods.

Bill,
The Imperial was a guitar that my dad built while at mas, pretty sure it had cross rods...not a lot of them built, I believe it was 72 or 73 when Micro got in the picture... |
