Gus I have a Brownsville dobro an it just doesn't sund rght to me. I looking to trade it for a different one. How are the Regal brands? I'm not looking fo one to expensive. T.F.

I would go with a Wetcher-Sheerhorn or Gold Tone over a Regal. Better instruments for the money.

Depending on your price range-Tom Warner at Appalacian reso's will build a good quality and sounding reso from 800-1300$.I had him build me a solid wood curly maple last year for 1,300$.Doug Jernigan has played it a couple times and gave it high remarks.

I just received my new Goldtone PBSD dobro this morning and "WOW" is about all I can say about it!!!
Sounds great, really loud and drop dead pretty to look at!
I'll be posting some photo's and probably do a U-tube clip as soon as I can get something recorded with it!
