Now that I'm looking around again I'm seeing some weird misinformation on Melobar history online that needs to be straightened out.
It looks like Jim Frost is stepping out of the picture so I'm going to try and do something just for the family history's sake.
I just created a blog http://melobarted.blogspot.com/ to try and help the situation.
Frost also stated that half his emails were people wanting identification of their Melobar - so I'm going to create a page of Melobar models with the ID next to them.
I could use some help - if you have a Melobar, take a pic of it and I'll get that model on the site with the ID. send it to the new email melobarted@gmail.com
Thanks and also send me ideas or what you would want in information on that site.

That is an amazing amount of Melobar literature Michael Lee Allen!
I have the blog now listing the TRUE history of Melobar from beginning to end which I don't think has ever been listed before. Hanging out the dirty laundry and all - but I'd rather have that then these fantasy stories going around the web.
I appreciate the pics. I need some more of the SXL, Rattler, Tomohawk, old LS front, S-head, so if you know someone who has one send it to the email.

That would be great, I don't know how big a file can be sent but let's try the melobarted@gmail.com
There was another picture used in ads etc of a guy with a cheezy mustache bending a foam body that I'd like to put on the www.melobarted.blogspot.com site under the history section.
