I can find the notes but I'm still far from the right effect...
May please someone help me to figure out how to play correctly the phrase at the end of the first chorus of the song "Livin' On Love" by Alan Jackson?
What I need is between 01:03 to 01:07 of the CD track ("Who I Am", 1994) and/or of this LINK.
Thanks so much to anyone who will give me a hint.
I have the very first rehearsal with a new band this weekend and I'd hate to be fired after one minute and seven seconds... LOL |

Thanks so much Brian.
The lick plays so much better now!
Actually, listening to the track at half speed, it seems there's some "bass movements" around frets 10, 8 and 7, quite similar to what happens at fret 12,
but the speed and the low volume of those notes don't allow me to be sure about them.
Something like this...

4............................................7.7..7
5......12_12a..10_10a..8_8a..7.7a.7.7..7a

Thanks again! |
