Just to say thanks to all at MSA. I cant stress enough how much care was given to my new M3 whilst it was on display at the TSGA show. The chameleon Saphire Blue colour is just gorgeous.
The team put on an excellent itinerary, including some great non-pedal playing by Reece. David Wright was excellent too, and worked his a** off playing, operating the BIAB tracks, and generally keeping everyone entertained. On checking my guitar out for the first time, I noticed that the levers had somehow been reversed (probably in my translation of my set-up). No sooner had I mentioned it, when Mr Johnny Cox immediatly set to work on rectifying the error. Within TEN minutes, my guitar was re-rodded, back on its four legs and IN-Tune, ready for me to play. My guitar was even polished by Mr Kyle Bennett as it was being put into the case. He also took the time to explain many things I had questions about. Well done MSA!!!
