Kudos to the Association for arranging the video projection. I was at Saturday night's show and it is the best innovation for us in the audience, IMHO.

Part of my dayjob is logistical support for the dreaded powerpoint presentation. Projectors like the ones used at the Jamboree can show anything visible on a computer, as well as direct camera feeds on the live event. Steel players instead of charts and graphs....now that's better! As the shows grow, more sophisticated video and computer integration may be a feature that brings in even more interest. (A little power-point feed instead of blue screen during stage change, for instance.)

And praise for the more considerate photographers who manage to get their shots without standing in front of the camera...new technology, new etiquette. There's really a chance for everybody to be front and center with your help.

Wow! Another great show...thanks again!

What a great idea to have a big screen for all to see. Being at the back at times really helped see the steel player at a closer range. I do not know who had the idea but the individual should highly praised. The Texas show is a great show but the big screen just made it better.

I thought the screen was a major step forward too. Video quality was great, and it made getting a good view of the player possible from anywhere in the room.

Hope TSGA keeps this a feature for future Jamborees.

The video feed was truly a sterling idea. Perhaps next year they can put one on the left side as well. Set it up for an overhead or differnt angles? Just a thought. Great show!!!! jc
