I have read how the standard pedals and knee levers on E9 evolved from Bud Isaacs using just one pedal to do the E to A chord change, and getting the whole thing started, then later Buddy Emmons splitting the change with two pedals and adding the chromatic strings, and Pete Drake and Lloyd Green bringing in the E to F change. I would like to know the history of how the standard pedals of the C6 neck came to be, and who came up with the changes and when?
