Does this box work if you stick a tube in it? |

If this box is what I think it is you put a long tube about 1/4 inch in the hole in the top and put the other end in your mouth and sing through it.
The sound goes back through the amp distorted and
gives a Pete Drake sound. Go to You Tube.

this is a Dean Markley unit
the story goes they only started making strings because they were selling 1000 a month of these and someone asked whether they did strings too, so they started
Do you know, is this the 50, 100 or 200 watt version?
And - does it work? |

The way I remember these working is you plug your amp's extension speaker output into the Voice Box (it's a higher impedance that your amp's speaker, so there's no appreciable loading on the amp), then, with a silicon tube attached to the box, the sound travels up the tube. You put the tube end in your mouth and the sound is picked up in your microphone. You move your mouth to manipulate the sound.
The footswitch disconnects the internal mini speaker in the box. _________________ Best regards,
