its a funny thing but i am not seeing a transformer or is that slightly shiny box in the middle of the chassis it? |

The trannies are on the other side of the chassis.Facing the front of the cab. I could not
get a camera ther, but they are there.This little amp is very, very good sounding. |

Looks like a rebranded Ampeg to me, I've seen Ampeg amps with other name brands on them.
What type tubes does it use, that would probably help you find the Ampeg model. |

It does look like an Ampeg, but im not familiar enough with 50's era Ampegs.It would be form the 56 era looks wise. |

Almost certainly an Ampeg, especially if it has an input labeled "accordian" .. They made amps for many accordian builders during the late 50's accordian craze that swept the US...
