Ray Price will be performing at the Isle of Capri Casino in Boonville, Mo. on Feb. 11, 2011. After years of listening to and playing his music, I'll finally get to see him in person. Looking forward to it. Larry B. _________________ Mullen G2 SD10 3 & 5 The Eagle

I've seen him a couple of times at Knuckleheads here in Kansas City. He puts on an awesome show. We may have to run over to Boonville for the show - don't like to miss these opportunities. |

We got to see & hear Ray & the Cherokee Cowboys here at Diamond Jo's Casino in Northwood Ia. last summer, yes Jim Losseberg was on steel then. Fabulous band, Dale Morris Jr. on fiddle......what more can you say? Would like to here Dale & Bobby Flores play together sometime.
Jim was playing his old Emmons.
Also was blessed to hear Ray back a few years when he had Jimmy Day with him on his "Blue Darlin" Sho-Bud Super Pro II.
"In Hog Heaven" for sure!!!
Have a good time.....you'll love it!!!

Bobby, I really can't answer your question, I've never been to a show there before. Only been to the casino 2 times, ate dinner, and played nickel slots.
and of course I lost. _________________ Mullen G2 SD10 3 & 5 The Eagle

Bobby,
We saw Diamond Rio there last year and there was no reserved seating. Got in line about an hour and a half before they opened the doors and was way back in line at that. Have no idea when the line started forming.

Hello everyone:
I have seen Ray Price in Santa Clara, California it was about 1962 his show was at Bill Tester Club.
Ray had Buddy Emmons with him I am not sure but Willie Nelson was on bass guitar this is when it was his Cherokee Cow Boys. man did he put on a show.
Bill Tester's is where George Jones hung out doing his days in the Marines, George was station at Moffett Field in MT View.
I had just start on drums my first gig was with Louis Louie and his Westerneers man was we decked out. |

WOW, what a night, first a great dinner with some great friends, then standing line to get in, meeting some new friends, Bobby Jacks and Kathy, then the highlight, Ray Price and 10 piece band. (4 fiddles). Marvelous, my first time seeing Ray in person. It was a sell out, and was honored to be able to visit with Jim Loessberg after the show. Jim is a real gentlemen, and of course did a Super Job. A night to remember for sure. Larry Baker _________________ Mullen G2 SD10 3 & 5 The Eagle

Just wanted to add another point of view about Mr. Price. What dignity he brought to the stage. The man is pure greatness in talent and respect for the music and the audience. I will admit there were more then a few dabbing their eyes during the show with hanky's. Amazing. If you get the chance to see him GO....Jean DeVore _________________ Mullen G2 SD10 3 & 5 The Eagle
