Hi,

I'm looking for old effects. I collect them, repair them, and most of all play them. I do not buy to re-sell. I just love old fuzzes and effects of all kinds. I am about 50/50 success rate on repair, sometimes I win, sometimes I loose. Im not looking to pay ebay prices, but im not out to cheat anyone out of their vintage collectibles either. If you have some old stuff , lemme know and maybe we can work out a deal.
Thanks
-Ben

*right now I need some old parts too. knob and power switch for mutron II and pots for fuzzrite (split shaft 350K and 33K). If you have those in your junk pile, I'd pay $20 for either.

Ben, here's a one-off from Bill Holowon. It's definitely a high gain fuzz type pedal, not an overdrive type. Works great, has a standard 9v Boss style adapter and the LED doesn't seem to be hooked up. Won't let it go cheap, but PM me if you're interested and make me an offer I can't understand.

Ben,

How old of a pedal are you looking for?

I have a Rat that I purchased new in the late '80's.
I don't remember exact year, maybe '88 or '89?

It worked great the last time I used it (last summer).

I don't use it anymore.

Let me know if you're interested.

Rick

Hey thanks guys. That Holowon prototype looks cool. i dont know enough about his stuff tho, im kind of more interested in classics than newer indie builders stuff.

Rick I would have loved that Rat, but I found an old one about a year agoand bought it. Its a great pedal for sure.

some of the stuff I have and am not looking for so much:
mxr dynacomp, flanger, phase 90, phase 45
distortion+
Boss-dm2 delay, xtortion, three knob compressor(excellent!)
Bosstone, maestro fuzztone, mosrite fuzzrite(not working yet). Crybabies. Space echo. Mutron II phaser. Morley Fuzz/Wah

I have an original MXR Distortion +, Boss DM3, and a DOD Octave. All pedals work fine, but I'm never going to use them. Let me know if you're interested and we can work out a price.
