I read somewhere that he was not very good !!
and he would change his tuning all the time and screw up the guitar players

That came from an ad for a company called Vinci Strings.

My classical music trio is planing to re-unite net summer and cut a live CD. I have already obtained the rights to the picture to use as the cover.
