Lord O'mighty, man...that's a lot of strings! Whoa!
I could see one out of three being a 10'er, maybe, but all three would just make me crazy. I'm curious about your tunings, though.
(and you get a free bump to start the day... Very Happy )

Since I'm a big Jerry Byrd Fan, I use his 8-str C6/A7 and 7-str. C-Dia. Tunings and I decided to add the PSG-Chromatics to the C6/A7 and the same three bass-strings to the C-Dia. neck. Then my 3rd. neck is more or less experimental for Full-Chords and also complete melodies and Western-Swing Style. It works well for me and you can always eliminate strings #1 and #2, if you want to keep it an 8-stringer! The scale is the short 22½” and the string-spacing is very close to an 8-str. neck. I just hardly ever play anymore and the instrument has not been out of the house! Thanks for the bump!

If you're really interested in it's current purchase price, new and shipped; why not call and ask Herbie? Simple as that!
Thanks for your support, GeorgeBoards!

It's still for sale and I'm sure it's value will continue to increase, but; my asking price of $2,795 shipped to the lower-48 remains the same!
