Allen, I know absolutely nothing about the Nashville LTD guitars. However, I do know Wanda and Billy Cooper and you will not find more honest, and helpful people. I have purchased four steels from them and still have three of them. Enjoy your trip to Virginia. |

Hello Allen, the Nashville LTD guitar was made by Gary Rittenberry who is building the Rittenberry steel guitars today, Billy Cooper and Wanda Cooper are great people to deal with, go have fun on your new Nashville Ltd, you might get a treat from Billy Cooper maybe he will play something on it for you to hear. |

Be sure to check out the rare steels hanging on the wall, in particular, Emmons P/P #1 and one of the original Fender keyless D-10's designed by Gene Fields. I travel there occasionally just to visit with the Coopers, two extremely nice people (and Billy is a wealth of knowledge concerning pedal steel mechanics and history.) |

Billy's a jewel for sure as is Wanda. I left a steel to be set up by him a few months ago which was an old Marlen for which parts aren't available. Didn't matter to Billy, whatever parts it needed, he made 'em himself and as good as the originals........JH in Va. _________________ Don't matter who's in Austin (or anywhere else) Ralph Mooney is still the king!!! |

Mr. Cooper and his beautiful bride Wanda are two of the nicest people who ever walked the planet. They have a really great store too.

Allen, I'm playing a Nash Ltd D10 and I love it. Smooth pedal and knee levers and good tone. I think you'll be happy if you get it.

Although I have never played a Nashville LTD steel guitar I can recommend very highly shopping at Coopers Music. Billy and Wanda are wonderful people and a pleasure to deal with. I have purchased several steel guitars from them over the years. Three of which I still own today. I'm certain you'll find a great instrument there. Have a great time in Virginia. _________________ GFI Ultra SD-10 |
