Just wondering what you guys thought about the value of this. It seems to be a transition model from what I have learned so far. I emailed the seller but it didn't sell at $800.00. It has holes drilled in the far neck tuner plate. Maybe a cheap way to get in ? Or should wait on something better ?
Thanks

It's a player, but that's a pretty decent price. Just make sure the elect. all work and all the tuners turn nicely and hold tension.

This model is the "Custom". Seller says late 50's. but these weren't made after '55.
These steels with the Trapezoid pick-ups have a "stringy" kind of tone. These guitars have a nice sweet tone as well. I'd say it's a real good deal if as Tom said all the stuff works.
