Yesterday I had a visit from a friend from my past of 35 years.
Russ Wever came up to visit me at the store and man did we have some catching up to do.
We talked about old times, old steel players, old friends and more, well, not everything we talked about was old.
Russ sat and played my steel for a bit, then we enjoyed some real good Mexican food next door.
It was a good visit and we both enjoyed it.
Russ will be playing Pedal Steel Guitar at the Mesa show this year, you won't want to miss him.
Russ, thanks for the visit!!!

Anyone halfway near Globe oughta swing by Freds and check out his shop and his steel set-up - fistfulls of fat chords off his E9th.
Thanks, Fred, for your hospitality and 'E9th Edification'!

David, that Mexican food is reason enough to buzz up to Globe, but I would be happy for you to come and visit any time.
David, my copedant is listed on my website, go on over and look around, you might find something you just can't live without.

David, the Mexican food alone is worth the trip, plus the added benefit of visiting with Fred Justice, just doubles your pleasure.

I am always telling the people in Mexican restaurants in the Phoenix area they need to go up to Globe and learn how real Mexicans make food.
